My dream is to become a professional DJ. Music has always played a major role in my life, and in many ways, it has been a constant companion through both good times and challenges. For me, music is not just sound – it is atmosphere, energy, and emotions that can bring people together across languages and cultures.

I have always had a great interest in music, but the idea of seriously pursuing a career as a DJ was truly ignited during a trip to Thailand with Rasmus. On the trip, we experienced a jungle rave that made a huge impression on me. In the middle of nature, surrounded by people from all over the world, I felt the power of music in a completely new way. The atmosphere, the sense of community, and the energy from the DJ behind the decks were something truly special – and that was where I could really see myself in that role.

The DJ journey felt like an obvious opportunity to take the step into the music industry and give myself the chance to live out my dream. It is not just about playing music, but about creating experiences, setting an atmosphere, and giving people memories they can take with them.

My goal is to be able to make a living doing what I love. Making money by making music and performing as a DJ would be the ultimate combination of passion and work. I know that the path there requires time, practice, and dedication, but the motivation is there – and the dream is clear.

The dream comes true :)

The dream of becoming a professional DJ was truly ignited during a trip to Thailand. In the middle of the jungle, surrounded by people from all over the world, I experienced a rave where the music brought everything and everyone together. The energy, the sense of community, and the atmosphere created by the DJ behind the decks had a profound effect on me. It was there that I could see myself in that role for the first time—not just as someone who plays music, but as someone who creates experiences and memories through sound.

Get Your First DJ Kit at Home

The first DJ kit arrives at home, and the dream suddenly feels more real. For the first time, the idea goes from thought to action. The hours spent at the decks mark the beginning of something new – with practice, mistakes, and small victories, each bringing me one step closer to the dream of standing behind the decks and creating an atmosphere for others.

Top shelf in the basement

I invited my friends over to show them my new DJ setup and let them hear what I was working on before I had to go out and perform. The basement was filled with music, laughter, and good energy – and the evening was an important reminder of why I do this. A mega good evening that gave me both confidence and motivation for the next step.

November 2025

First screening

The first performance marks an important step in the journey. For the first time, I stand before an audience and play my own set. The nerves are there, but they are overwhelmed by the energy in the room and the feeling that the dream is truly underway. A moment that confirms I am on the right path.

January 2026

DJ for high school prom

I was booked as a DJ for a high school party where KATO and Annika were the headliners. Being behind the decks on the same night as established names was an incredible experience and a major milestone in my journey. The atmosphere, the crowd, and the feeling of being part of something bigger gave me even more motivation to keep pursuing my dream. Now I look forward to seeing what the next step is :)
