Can I get my Dreamates sunglasses with prescription lenses?
Our products are created with a focus on broad appeal and being accessible to as many people as possible. As we are still in the startup phase, we unfortunately have not yet had the resources to develop prescription sunglasses – but this is definitely something we would very much like to work towards.

Are there more sunglasses coming?
At Dreamates, we launch products you can take with you on your adventures – wherever in the world they may lead. We can't promise that the next product will be a pair of sunglasses, but you can be sure it will be something that creates memories while supporting a good cause.

How do I return my order?

What warranty do you offer?
A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship.
The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by improper use of the product.

Where can I find my order number?
Your order number is in your order confirmation, which you receive right after ordering. If you can't find it, check your spam or junk mail.

How do I know if my order has gone through?
Once you have placed your order, you will shortly receive an email with your order confirmation and order number. If you do not receive it and the funds have been reserved in your account, please contact our customer service.

What is your delivery time?
Our delivery time is 2–4 business days.

You will receive a track & trace link within 1–2 business days after your order. If you haven't received it after 1–2 business days, please contact our customer service.

How does your charity model work?
At Dreamates, every product is linked to a charitable cause. From the very first collection, a fixed amount of 100 DKK from each pair of glasses sold goes directly to Make-A-Wish Denmark – regardless of whether we make a profit.
When we collaborate with a dreamer, they choose an organization that is close to their heart. In this way, each drop supports both a personal dream and a cause that makes a difference.

We support organizations that make a tangible difference. Make-A-Wish Denmark, which grants wishes for children with critical illnesses, is our primary partner.
